How can a coach support you?
If you feel like you’re constantly busy yet your business isn’t growing, it’s time to pause and look at the bigger picture; hiring a coach is a great way to do that. I’ve recently supported a client, Peter, to double his monthly commission.
We met at a legacy legal conference, and even though Peter is a fantastic estate planner and has a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience in financial planning, he felt like his success had reached a plateau.

Why the right process is vital
Estate planning can be a highly emotive experience. If the first 20 to 30 minutes of a session with a new client are dedicated to them trying to decide who they want to be executor or to look after their children (if under 18 years old), then it can slow the whole process down and lead to unnecessary stress and additional meetings. By having a virtual assistant, Peter can ensure that his business retains a personal touch, and that his clients come to the first meeting fully prepared to discuss their needs in fine detail.
Process is vital to streamlining how you work and freeing up time to grow your business.
I’m also a big fan of automating information and finding the right online tools to keep business running smoothly (read more about that in my earlier blog 5 Online Tools That Free Up Your Time To Build Your Business). As an estate planner (or whatever line of business you’re in), you’ll likely want your clients to benefit from your expertise; if you’re wasting time ticking boxes and trying to gather basic information, you’re not achieving that.
Unfortunately, like Peter, too many business owners get so involved in the minute detail of their business that they lose sight of the bigger picture.
How would it feel to massively boost your sales?
